There is no city called Kuwait in south Iraq but there is a city called Kumait. But this is in the Salah il deen province which is the north basically Tikreet area so I believe it’s a mistake.

This is only a guess but i think, when you enter a country name face book searches the profiles and give back the closest results.
so basically i can open a new face book account and in my profile list that my address is Kuwait city, Timbuktu. (Kuwait, Timbuktu) will be added to that list that ur seeing.
