    From what I understood that this service is only valid for Wataniya subscribers who wants to change their lines between network it self, nothing yet to switch from Zain,Viva to them.

    Yes Daddyz Girl is right, and 360Dewan also mentioned it, if your old number is Zain or VIVA it will work as well :-)

    i dont see how Wataniya will control lines from Zain and Viva ?!
