   If you are using a modem, i.e. a dial-up, then the speed would be in Bits, not Bytes, and 28 bps is not good, since most new modems are V.90

   but if you connect you laptop using ethernet or wi-fi to office’s Lan, then this speed would be in Bytes, and it’s acceptable, though you get even more by tweaking some of windows internal parametrs, or use some programs which does the job

   بصراحه انا هالسرعه تكفيني لانها حلوه حق الاغاني والبرامج لكن الافلام يبيلها نطره شوي :)
