The answer was, they charge the restaurant 200 Fils for the order, and another 200 Fils on the customer. If the restaurant wishes to take the extra 200 fils charge off the customer, then you will get it off. So as per their statement, which he reiterated several times, they charge both sides, unless restaurant wants to pay 400 fils. I.e, in your case, 6alabat is charging you because restaurant does not want to pay the charge. Another thing is, ever since they started <a href="http://blogallalong.com/2008/05/04/6alabat-email-spamming-their-customers/" rel="nofollow">spamming us</a> with irrelevant ads, this site has been on my black list.
