التنمية بعيون .. وردية

لم أتوقع أن الصورة التي نشرتها قبل قليل على الانستغرام (اضغط هنا) ستأخذ صدى واسع .. هي صورة لصيدلية في مستوصف قرطبة (الحكومي) حيث تم اعتماد شخصية Hello Kitty الشهيرة مع الوانها في قسم الصيدلة العامة هناك حتى أن الغرفة الخاصة بالصيدلية تم صبغها بالكامل بلونها الوردي مع عدد لابأس به من ملصقات هيلو كيتي العالمية .. الفكرة قد تكون غريبة ولكنها جديدة .. قد يتسائل البعض اذا كانت هذه صيدلية اطفال ولكنها الصيدلية العامة للجميع (كبار – أطفال – شباب – بنات .. الخ) .. ما رأيكم لو كل صيدلية حكومةية بالكويت تبنت نفس هذه الفكرة؟

Hi, great idea so the patient will not get more ill once he reach the H. but I really think their is a cope right issues here, Legally it is not allowed to use trade marks without approval. so this will encourage people to continue abusing copy rights (I know it is not really applicable in Kuwait as many other laws) . Instead I really think they should be more creative and create their own characters. Maybe the ministry of health should adopt such approach, which means they will not “violate the international law” as well as encourage youth to be create. a competition is an easy solution where school kids can submit their drawing and imagine how happy the winning youth will be if he can see his character all over his medical center!!
Copy right of the idea is for me :)

Thats another valid point .. copy rights! they should ask for approval first and not to use it in general public places
they might sue them .. its an easy case for them to win it.

don’t forget Hello Kitty already have presence in Kuwait via their shops and the new coffee shop in Al Beda’a, the franchise owner can make easy money from MOH now :) . Thant’s the problem when you implement good idea badly.
